INTENSIVE SUMMER COURSE 2022 AT YOGAONE SURYA
9 INTENSIVE DAYS FROM AUGUST 25 TO SEPTEMBER 2

Intensive Summer Course 2022 at YogaOne Surya

The Art of Hatha Raja Yoga
The most important principles of Y&N applied to a human physical world.

While training and going into the profound learning of the science of yoga the Hatha Raja Yoga reveals itself as the application of the principles of Y&N, the true essence of the yogi path.

Every day we will delve into the practical implementation of each of the 5 Yamas and  5 Niyamas.

The 5 Yamas open the artistic perspective of the practice of Hatha Yoga while the 5 Niyamas guide the process towards the internal practice of Raja yoga. The Yama principles are not presented in numerical order, but according to consistency with their practical implementation

The methodology followed is Sadhana during the morning (asana, pranayama, prana Nidra & meditation) and inner practices and Satsang during the afternoons. Satsang are lectures that explain and educate about the meaning of Sadhana – The Practice of Yoga.
